As a Realtor for almost 40 years, I’ve helped people with all kinds of real estate needs. I understand the residential construction process and the intricacies of real estate finance, which has given me a thorough understanding of residential real estate. My wife, Marti and I have marketed and sold everything from a manufactured home on remote piece of land to million-dollar properties. Recently we’ve focused our attention on seniors, marketing homes they have lived in for 40 and even 50 years… and then helping them choose a completely new direction, sometimes
purchasing a more appropriate home, sometimes moving in with family, or moving to a senior community, or in one case even moving into an adult family home. Helping folks with foreclosures we focus on relieving the intense pressure on them, so they can make “good decisions” about selling their home, moving on, and moving, selling or disposing of furniture and other personal belongings, then choosing how and where they will live next. My goal is to walk beside our sellers and help guide them through these challenging and often very difficult times.
